I agree, the Wii has an option to adjust the Wii Remote sensitivity so Dolphin should also have similar functionality. The option should be calibrated to mimic the behaviour of the real Wii's sensitivity settings as well. e.g. an adjustment of +1 in Dolphin should affect the sensitivity the same way that an adjust of +1 would do on a real Wii.

This functionality already existed in the old wii remote plugin, but not in the new one.

Since the removal of the old plugin, there's no sensitivity options now, something I really need.

Yes, this option is very useful for games like Trauma Center.

This value is stored in sysconf(BT.SENS), it should be easy to add.

It appears so, now there's an option to adjust the Sensor bar settings, and they most definitely appear to work.
