"Fifos linked but out of sync" error at startup of Monopoly Streets

Description
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Boot Monopoly Streets. At startup you get an error "FIFOs linked but out of sync" and you are unable to continue.
2.
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Not to have the error.
Dolphin version with the problem? Other Dolphin version without the
problem?
rev 6321 has the problem, while rev 5969 doesn't
32-bit or 64-bit and any other build parameters?
64 bit.
OS version and versions of tools/libraries used?
win7 64 bit pro
Please provide any additional information below.
The problem seems to start with the rev 5970. Since it's invert in 5971 and it's gradual reimplementation, 5973 works fine while 5977 breaks it. Can't test the revs between to track the exact rev since i use mamario's builds for testing.

nice find that 5973 is working.
But its easy to make 5973 NOT to work.if u add your saved facelib
\User\Wii\shared2\menu\FaceLib
with RFL_DB.dat in it.it will trow the same error.
removing it from build will make it work again.
it does not work on other revisions thou.
So game is searching for your mii char and then when it finds one it crashes with msg above.
