What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. running the game with r6331 also tried other rev with any config all give same error

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
you get an error "unknown pointer address prefix 02, error 0x024000E0 please report to the developers"

Dolphin version with the problem? Other Dolphin version without the
problem?
tested a few versions all same problem others stay in a loop so same thing

32-bit or 64-bit and any other build parameters?
tested on 32-bit

OS version and versions of tools/libraries used?
windows 7 using OpenGL and Directx9
