What's the problem?

Resident Evil Zero -> No player shadows using DX9 or DX11

With OpenGL plugin its ok but it has some fps issues that appear randomly and are annoying

Dolphin version with the problem: 64XX

Dolphin version that does not have the problem: Older versions like 5XXX

Operating system and version: Windows 7 profesional 64 bit

Was the ISO a plain dump from disc, compressed and/or scrubbed? its compressed with dolphin compressor
