What's the problem?
This issue appeared with some recent build, considering game properties, and plugin config window changes.
Issue:
When you try to override main settings (or check same options like in main settings) you get oposite effect.
For example:
Main settings : Copy efb to texture checked, now, if you do same in the game properties meny, it will make oposite effect, disabling copy to EFB entirely. There is also some dose of wierdness with this issue. You cant bring back efb, untill you check again all settings to default in game properties.

Ive noted this issue in r6463 but i think it started with r6460 or little earlyer.

Last one i compiled without this problem was r6452

32-bit or 64-bit:
