Description

While using Direct3D9/11 on R6460 and R6479 with the game Blowout (GWOE5G) there is an error which prevents booting of the game, but if using OpenGL then the game loads fine and runs very well with the exception of several FIFO overflow errors and the suggestion of a different watermark tightness but changing this value seems to break the game until a new instance has been opened.

System used was Win7 x64.

Which error do you get exactly when using D3D9/11? ...

After fiddling around with different watermark settings I can't get the game to stop the FIFO overflow errors and only OpenGL boots the game (and runs it wonderfully)

Here are the errors the other plugins give:

Does r6495 fix it for you?

After playing for 30 mins passing the first 2 missions with everything uncovered, I have to say that R6495 does it (for OpenGL that is)....now I wonder why Direct3D9/11 doesn't like this game....

Since the game seems to be perfectly playable (except for minor slowdowns which I attribute to OpenGL being used) might as well mark this as fixed.

Another obscure game rescued!
