What's the problem?

Notable slowdown has been ouccurred since r6572 exactly.
It seems that Dual Core mode is not operate properly in r6572's commit, 
so both Enable Dual Core "off" and "on" have same frame rate.

Soulcalibur2 had 60FPS before r6572(in my system) with Enabled Dual Core, 
but now has 45~47FPS just the same Dual Core "off".

Dolphin version with the problem (as it appears in the title bar, Ex.: "R
4779" or "R 6403M"): R6572

(optional) Dolphin version that does not have the problem:
~ R6571 (Every version before R6572)

Operating system and version:
32-bit or 64-bit: Vista 64bit sp2
E8400 @ 3Ghz
ATI 4770

Was the ISO a plain dump from disc, compressed and/or scrubbed?
It had been plain then compressed by Dolphin.
