Description
What's the problem?
Rock band 3 have coloured bug in textures in "RAM option", and black textures in "texture option"
Dolphin version with the problem:
i test some revs, in all happens this (black texture) and coloured textures is in r6690.
(optional) Dolphin version that does not have the problem:
r6603, in ram option, but is much slow, in r6690 is pretty fast, but with coloured textures
Operating system and version:
Windows 7
32-bit or 64-bit:
64bit
Game ID (as it appears in game properties, Ex.: "GZ2P01" or "RSBE01"): SZBE69
Was the ISO a plain dump from disc, compressed and/or scrubbed?

with "emulate format changes" disabled, the coloured textures disappear, but the crowd and some graphics are missing... the graphics in "texture" mode without this option completly vanish... everything show black... i think, emulate format changes put wrong colors in the texture and glitch the graphics... have a way to fix this?

If logic blending operations are used then that is probably the cause of the problem. Logic blending could be used with format changes, but is not correctly emulated in DX9. That's a limit of DX9 so wait until OGL or DX11 have "emulate format changes".

yeah, I saw that the plugin DirectX11 had that option, but off ...
hopefully implement soon, 'cause with her speed greatly increase the games here, only some have these problems ...
