What's the problem?
I have the latest vers of Dolphin (r757) and it seems to want to crash when I try to load Sonic Adventure 2: Battle
Ive upgraded to latest Dx3D and OGL seems ok and I dont know my PC specs but its an old (Ish) Acer T300 Standard running Windows XP 32bit SP3
Was the ISO a plain dump from disc, compressed and/or scrubbed? Plain dump
Im able to play it at 20FPS on my laptop with an old version of Dolphin but that laptop decided it dosent want to work anymore (Compaq Presario 2200 NTSC Compatible)
If its something simple (No Im not upgrading the video card, I live in the middle of nowhere and am not spending $300 when I could drive 200km to get a Wii and find a GC copy of SA2:B with that money)
