Description
What's the problem?
Game hangs after "Hold the Wii Remote in a horizontal position" screen.
When you press any button on this screen it disappears and stays black (no intro video playback), then within 10 seconds fps counter drops to zero and nothing happens.
Tried with dual core and single core modes, JIT and JITIL, tried various video plugin settings - still the same.

4779" or "R 6403M"):

(optional) Dolphin version that does not have the problem:
5186 (Win32 under Wine)
Operating system and version:
32-bit or 64-bit:

Game ID (as it appears in game properties, Ex.: "GZ2P01" or "RSBE01"):

Build command-line (not on Windows):
Was the ISO a plain dump from disc, compressed and/or scrubbed?

I have already found this, but I can't figure out what is wrong. Do you know of a revision where it did work on Ubuntu? If you do let me know. Then I might be able to find what is causing the problem.

It works perfectly fine under windows 7 (on windows, not emulated in linux through Wine) so im guessing it's a problem with wine :S

gabrielmorano: You misread the issue. Metroid Other M does not work in linux, it does with wine or in windows directly. From my understanding, it doesn't work perfectly there as you claim, but it does work.

So far i been testing it under r6892 x64 and i have reached the part where you have to go restore the power to the ship and has not hanged once :S
in fact i don't get the graphical glitches anymore on r6892 duno... probably im lucky then ^^'
I DO know there where some problems on the training section where the game hangs at certain point in an infinite loop (it happened to me with emulated wiimote on older revisions, but on real wiimote it didn't happened to me not even once) :S
