Description

I'm Japanese, sorry for my baaad English.

What's the problem?
Japanese titles almost invisible or mojibake in game list.
Following:

  1. Adds some Japanese region games to game list.
  2. Look at game list area on "Netplay window" or configuration profile drop-down list on "GFX config window"

Dolphin version with the problem: All Revisions

Operating system and version: Win7 Pro 64bit

Please provide any additional information below.
Character broken only these areas. Main game list window and any other dialogs are correct.

still an issue, netplay windows still uses the std::strings instead of the std::wstrings
