What's the problem?
x64 builds doesn't work at least on my pc xd. i get an error: (0xc000007b) :(
Only x86 builds work fine..
and i can't compile dolphin in vs2010 :S
Dolphin version with the problem (as it appears in the title bar, Ex.: "R
4779" or "R 6403M"): from the vs2010 implantation on dolphin
Operating system and version:
32-bit or 64-bit: Windows 7 Ultimate x64

I get the same issue, and only with the new 64bit versions.
The old Version 2.0 64bit and all the x86 versions still boot up fine.
Same o/s as the OP.
