Description
What's the problem?
Start a Wii game, go to the "Wiimote settings" and click the "refresh" button (Real Wiimote): Dolphin will hang and you'll have to terminate it.

r6945 and later revisions

I suspect that this is unavoidable due to the way we emulate the Wiimote. The suggested fix might simply be to disable the Pair and Refresh buttons after a game has been started (and also when the emulated wiimote has been selected).

Why do you think it is unavoidable when it was working before r6945? What has changed so much in the Wiimote emulation method in that revision?

skidau: It should be avoidable (on windows that is). On linux the refresh button works during games. I will see what I can do.
