Description
What's the problem?
When i try to change the wiimote settings from emulated to real or any of the other options as soon as i go to click ok the emulator instantly crashes. if i then relaunch the emulator the wiimote settings have gone back to their original settings which means at the moment i'm stuck using the emulated wiimote as its impossible to change it to use a real one.
Dolphin version with the problem (as it appears in the title bar, Ex.: "R
4779" or "R 6403M"): r7232 tried both x86 & x64 versions
(optional) Dolphin version that does not have the problem:
Operating system and version:
32-bit or 64-bit: Windows 7 x64
Game ID (as it appears in game properties, Ex.: "GZ2P01" or "RSBE01"):
Build command-line (not on Windows):
Was the ISO a plain dump from disc, compressed and/or scrubbed?
Please provide any additional information below.
I dont have any idea which version worked properly last as i havent changed the wiimote settings in quite awhile.

I've just noticed this crash only happens if you click the ok button without pairing up a wiimote first. if you select real, then pair up and refresh you can then click ok without any crashes.

r7229 is responsible for this issue

The problem is that the real wiimote code on windows sucks. Windows doesn't have a proper way of dealing with the wiimotes. Switch to a better OS. :p
I will see what I can work out.

By the way, you should be able to change the settings when a game is not running without any problem. The problem is trying to change sources during a game on windows. This works correctly on linux.

I am also having this issue with-out even starting a game. Just downloaded some of the revs last night since wii-mote speaker has now been emulated. Wanted to try it out but as soon as I went to switch from emulated to real as mentioned I get the same crash. Again I was not in game.

Ahh, I see. Yeah, that probably will happen. That is a minor mistake in the code, and is easy enough to fix. The older issue that happens during a game is not so easy.
