Real remote randomly disconnects

What's the problem?
Wii Remote randomly disconnects at different points while playing a game. The only game I've been testing is Donkey Kong Country Returns but I would imagine that a controller issue is not game specific. I am using a real Wii remote connected to a bluetooth dongle using BlueSoleil.
Dolphin version with the problem (as it appears in the title bar, Ex.: "R
4779" or "R 6403M"): The issue starts in r7272 and is present through the latest revision (latest revision at this time is 7308)
(optional) Dolphin version that does not have the problem: r7271 and back does not have the problem.
Operating system and version:
32-bit or 64-bit: Windows 7 64-bit
Game ID (as it appears in game properties, Ex.: "GZ2P01" or "RSBE01"):
SF8E01
Build command-line (not on Windows):
Was the ISO a plain dump from disc, compressed and/or scrubbed? plain

I think instead it could be game specific, because for example in Wii Sports it works perfectly, while in Michael jackson experience in fact real Wiimote doesn't work anymore (WinXP 32-bit)

Nope, the games where I had problems (Disney Epic Mickey, Just Dance 2, Michael Jackson Experience and Red Steel 2) still doesn't work with real Wiimote (r7311 - WinXP 32bit)
