New Super Mario level 4-3

Description
What's the problem?
Level 4-3 is playable but when you lose or finish this level Dolphin crashes each time (black screen and must close dolphin manually)
Try with x64 versions : 7321,7223,7283,7128,7093... I only manage to complete this level with RC2.0! Then i've copy my savestate and continue with 7000+ without any problem...
Was the ISO a plain dump from disc, compressed and/or scrubbed? compressed with dolphin
Please provide any additional information below.

I believe this level requires "Accurate Texture Cache" to be enabled.
