PANIC Message in Super Smash Bros Melee

What steps will reproduce the problem?
- Run the game
- Press any button
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I have PANIC message:
"WriteShift - can't shift imms"
And then game crash.
This message was not in past revisions (in r1623 work correctly).
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
DolphinWx 1640 (Dual Core Mode), Windows XP SP3, AMD Athlon 64 X2 Dual
Core Processor 4600+, NVIDIA GeForce 6150E, 512 Mb Video Memory, 2Gb RAM

I confirm this a panic button with the error and rwo options, yes and now, with both
the game crashes

Do you know exactly which revision caused this regression? Also, could you check if this is fixed in
r1643?
