What's the problem?
- Where decoding errors using Bink Video.
- Menu font problem.

- Screen problem will occur in the Direct3D9 Plugin, test OpenGL Plugin is normal.
- r7446M menu fonts has been fixed.

The new version corrects these two problems.
But the new version is started, the screen will be a white.
