Don't know who takes care of it, anyway after some testing I have to suggest some changes in some game configurations files (game.ini) that would optimize the emulation of the following games:

BATMAN VENGEANCE (GBVE41) - needs REAL XFB in order to display movies;

BATMAN DARK TOMORROW (GBME7F) - needs REAL XFB in order to display movies (in fact with VIRTUAL XFB the game doesn't even start);

GOLDENEYE ROGUE AGENT (GOYE69) - needs Accurate texture cache (FAST), otherwise soldiers textures are completely green;

MEGA MAN 10 (WRXE08) - needs Accurate texture cache (FAST) to correct graphic errors; needs VIRTUAL XFB to avoid screen flickering;

METROID PRIME (GM8E01) - disable destination alpha pass for a speed boost without any graphical glitches;

METROID: OTHER M (R3OE01) - disable destination alpha pass for a speed boost without any graphical glitches;

RESIDENT EVIL 0 Wii (RBHP08) - enable Accurate VBeam for a speed boost and Accurate texture cache (FAST) to avoid flickering during movies/cutsenes;

RESIDENT EVIL CODE VERONICA X (GCDE08) - enable Accurate VBeam emulation for a huge speed boost (so the game is no more stuck at 20 fps);

SONIC COLOURS (SNCP8P) - enable Accurate VBeam emulation for a speed boost;

STAR WARS BOUNTY HUNTER (GBWE64) - needs REAL XFB in order to display movies;

T3: THE REDEMPTION (GT6E70) - needs MMU Speed Hack otherwise the game won't even start; needs Accurate texture cache disabled in order to display scan vision; turn off enable CPU Access option for a huge speed up (like Monster Hunter 3); needs VIRTUAL XFB to avoid screen flickering;

TIMESPLITTERS FUTURE PERFECT (G3FE69) - enable Accurate VBeam emulation (huge speed boost).
