Description
What's the problem?
Well Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets is the game, and i got a issue with voices and sounds being heard from places where it shouldn't. For example i can be at a place standing still and then here Harry Potter reading wizard cards or maybe saying spells or other sounds from somewhere, so its at a certain place, dunno where as it differs but its 3D sound at least if you get it.
Dolphin version with the problem (as it appears in the title bar, Ex.: "R
4779" or "R 6403M"):
Dolphin r7514.
(optional) Dolphin version that does not have the problem:
Operating system and version:

Game ID (as it appears in game properties, Ex.: "GZ2P01" or "RSBE01"):
GHSP69
Build command-line (not on Windows):
Was the ISO a plain dump from disc, compressed and/or scrubbed?
Compressed, maybe scrubbed if it means you skip the filling part of the size.
Please provide any additional information below.
Well not much more to provide, i use HLE for sound, haven't tried LLE at least.

Okay, well, i should get to try LLE, to confirm it, but its still an issue, just trying to help.

I can confirm this issue. It's almost as though while playing sounds normally through the game, HLE audio just decides to start playing through an entire list of sounds, usually all things Harry says. I haven't tested with LLE either though, so I don't know if this issue can be merged into issue 4452.

Maybe check if disabling DTK Music fixes the issue. Alternatively, retest this issue against the Audio Streaming branch.
