What's the problem?
can't load saves, stuttering, compile at 0 error, ect.

Dolphin version with the problem:any including r7547

Operating system and version:
64-bit

Game ID (as it appears in game properties, Ex.: "GZ2P01" or "RSBE01"):
SMNE01;R5VX41;RM8P01; and many others

Was the ISO a plain dump from disc, compressed and/or scrubbed?

Please provide any additional information below.
Loading saves does not work by any method, games stutter even on lowest settings, some games like "ID R5VX41, Avatar, scrubbed" crash with "attempt to compile at 0" error. I love NewMario but every time I load it up I have to play from the start. It's own built in save does not work correctly either.
