Description

When a game writes to the wii system memory a yellow text does not tell you, would be nice if it did.

Dolphin version with the problem (as it appears in the title bar, Ex.: "R
4779" or "R 6403M"):All

(optional) Dolphin version that does not have the problem: none

Operating system and version:
32-bit or 64-bit:All

Game ID (as it appears in game properties, Ex.: "GZ2P01" or "RSBE01"): all

Please provide any additional information below.

Writing to a GC memory card does this.

It would also be nice if you could disable the yellow test altogether. Different issue though. Personally I don't care if code cache was cleared, and I can see the game saving data, I don't need little yellow text telling me.

I wish instead of text for a few options, it would just be a few alpha blended textures that blinked at the top of the screen, similar to what some PSX emulator did.

The reason I asked for this is because I want to be sure, without a doubt, that it has saved.

imho if were were to display everytime the wii writes to the nand it would get really annoying

Maybe you could have an option to turn it on or off.

  • Status changed from New to Won't fix

No one will do this, so no point having an issue open about it.
