What's the problem?
The per-game settings that used to exist under "Graphic Options" seems to be gone. I am guessing this happened when Graphic options where removed from it's previous location in "Config".
It would be nice to have this back so that settings don't need to be changed when switching from game to game. (it would be nice to have pre-loaded configurations for games that have been tested by the community)

We already have per-game settings, check the iso properties page.
About the GUI for that, well yeah. it will come back at some point..
