This issue has already been reported (issue 3831), but has been said invalid due to the poster not respecting forum rules. So I am posting it here with explanations.

*****Description of the bug
Nearly all ingame videos are replaced with the video of Samus (without suit) and Pikachu facing 2x Samus with suit (or I think so). This video comes from adventure mode.
Some ingame videos are nevertheless working, like the one with Porky and Lucas, ore the one where Link/Mario tries to kill Mario/Link because of fake princess. This issue happens also out of adventure mode (like for the videos after the end credits).

Dolphin version : r7590

Running : Win7 64 bit

Game : RSBP01 (language : French)

ISO is a plain dump. Weighs ~ 4.38 GB

Internal resolution set to native (1x). 16:9 screen (Resolution 1600x900). Stretch to Window.
EFB to texture
Everything else set to default
