Description

Every time i try to play the legend of zelda wind waker the fps drops to 8-10 a second and the speed says 15%-22% and i cant figure out how to make it run faster and my specs are:

AMD sempron 140 processor 2.70 ghz

3.00 gigs of ram

windows 7 home premium 64 bit

1.4 gig NVIDIA gforce 6150SE nforce 430 video card

please respond telling me what to do and how to do it
