There some games don't working in frameskip like sonic colours and sonic sega all stars racing it gets blackscreen and crashes

I think you need to be more precise as to which revision of Dolphin you have tried. Which EXACT games you tried and NTSC/PAL. And if any games DO WORK with Frame Skipping (exact games).
