Ikaruga intro movie (atari logo) has broken colors

What steps will reproduce the problem?
- Start Ikaruga
- Look at Atari logo intro
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The Atari logo is supposed to have a black background. Instead, it's red. Not sure since how long.
Dolphin version with the problem? Other Dolphin version without the
problem?
1) 7667 2) unknown but possibly old
32-bit or 64-bit and any other build parameters?
64-bit
OS version and versions of tools/libraries used?
Windows, D3D9 mode.
Please provide any additional information below.

3.0 is fine for me, will test newest. NTSC.

Hum, scratch that, it works in 7668, I just failed to recompile all of dolphin :P (old habit of only recompiling the gfx plugin doesn't work very well now that the "plugins" are static libraries rather than actual plugins...)
