What steps will reproduce the problem?

  1. Start Ikaruga
  2. Look at Atari logo intro

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

The Atari logo is supposed to have a black background. Instead, it's red. Not sure since how long.

Dolphin version with the problem? Other Dolphin version without the
problem?

Windows, D3D9 mode.
