Description

  1. Game Name and ID (as it appears in right click > properties: "GZ2P01",
    "RSBE01", etc): N/A

  2. What is the expected output? What do you see instead? Plays for a while then crashes with errors including those 4 listed in the summary

3) Did the game ever work correctly (i.e. not have this problem) on an
earlier version of dolphin? Please specify the exact revision when the
problem began. - N/A

4) What steps will reproduce the problem?

  1. Play normally
  2. Sometimes these errors come up when Dolphin is idle, sometimes they come up while playing.

5) What version of dolphin are you using (32bit/64bit along with the
version as it appears in the title bar: "R 4779", "R 6403M", "3.0", etc)? Dolphin 32 and 64 bit Version 3.0
On what operating system, drivers, and hardware?
Windows 7 64 bit Home Premium
ATI Radeon HD 5670 1 GB DDR-5

6) Please provide any additional information below.

Dolphin has crashed 18 times in the past month with any one of the Summary codes listed each time. This applies to both 64-bit and 32-bit builds of Version 3.0

btw if you say issue 4568 rather than only the issue number, it's much easier to lookup the issue...
