Would GCPad and Wiimote plugins provide a feature to change (by modifier) an direction of Axis (to an inverted ones)
for an example:
UP - Axis Y-
Down - Axis Y+

Emulated GCPad and Wiimote dialogs do not care which direction you map your axes.
Perhaps you are using an ancient version of Dolphin?
