Description

Game Name: Transworld Surf (GTVE70)

After starting the game it hangs at the splash screen. No errors are shown, the titlebar says it is running at 0fps.

This bug occours on Dolphin 3.0-190 and every other version of Dolphin I have tried. Running the game using the interpreter doesn't work. I also tried using interpreted audio and software video in various combinations with the same result.
