when i used to open configuration menu,
i can't find plugin tab..
it only shows other tabs to choose which are
'General, Display, Audio, Gamecube, Wii, Paths'

attached a file for the picture of this situation

Well, we don't really have plugins anymore.
It's all built in.

GFX backend selection can be accessed from the "Graphics" configuration window (it is not in the 'Display' tab of the main config window). The GCPad and Wiimote "plugins" are unique and integrated within Dolphin, as well as the different DSP emulation engines (HLE and LLE).
