RVL-CNT-01-TR on Linux doesnt connect

Description
Dolphin 3.0-371.
no error mesage or similiar, still 0 wiimotes connected.
Running ubuntu with 3.2 kernel, i can see the wiimote and can connect to it as a input device.

We don't support the new kernel's way of using the Wiimote as a input device.

tried also with an older kernel (3.0.1 or similiar) before, with the same results.
any idea how to fix it?
by the way with an older wiimote (from a friend) without motion plus i can detect and play with it..
but only when i disconnect the wiimote from my device list with the blueman bluetooth manager, not workin with the standart manager from ubuntu-
