2) What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Missing or bad textures. Check screens...
3) Did the game ever work correctly (i.e. not have this problem) on an
earlier version of dolphin? Please specify the exact revision when the
problem began.
with 3.0-305 works fine, with latest (3.0-377) there is a problem. (again check screens - one with good textures is -305 with bad is -377)
4) What steps will reproduce the problem?
Any plugin, any settings.

as you see, driver is missing, also some objects are missing (there is only objects shadow shown), and on the start of the race motorcycle colour is missing.
