What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. Try to configure nJoy 0.3 or 0.4, all analog controls are detected
   incorrectly and configured wrong
2. Try Metroid Prime, you cannot move and when aiming horizontally it also
   moves vertically.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Normal controls as in previous revisions

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
