Description

What steps will reproduce the problem?

  1. Update to SVN r2019.
  2. Load the .sln file into VC++
  3. Try to rebuild the solution.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect 22 successes and 0 failures.
I get 13 successes and 9 failures.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
r2019 on Windows XP SP2.

Please provide any additional information below.
I know how it works and have successfully built r2018. It is a problem
with r2019, but I am still trying to decipher your code, so I don't know
why.
