When attempting to go down the ladder in the Control Room of the B1 Aqua Ring, Dolphin Crashes with the windows pop-up of "Dolphin.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience."

Uncertain, but I am using R7612. 3.0 also has this problem

That is an old version of Dolphin you are using. Try using the latest rev. since the problem might already be fixed without you knowing about it.

i have tried the latest Rev. It has the same problem, plus freezing issues when going through other random doors and activating cutscenes

This is very doubtful. List the exact new version of Dolphin you're using and post a memory card save with instructions to the crash/freeze.

Could you upload your save file (mem card), in front of that place where it crashes?

after updating to 3.0-578 from 3.0-458, the problem has been resolved. sorry for all of the confusion.
