[The following is a template to help you fill out a more informative
report]
Note:
Many games do not run yet, or have known problems. Please do not report
those games without giving any more information. That means reports like
"Game XYZ crashes" are not helpful. Instead try to include as much debug
information as possible. Also try to search the issue tracker for similar
bugs before creating a new issue.

Black screen instead of 'Licensed by Nintendo' and intros.

earlier version of dolphin? Please specify the exact revision when the
problem began.
Tried only on one version.
4) What steps will reproduce the problem?
- Booting Splinter Cell.

Selecting Interpreter32 shows ONLY 'Licensed by Nintendo'. Does this have any connection with the similar Call of Duty Big Red One error?

You gotta use the "MMU speed hack" (right click on the game in the GUI and go to properties). The game is going to display 0fps for a while, just wait 20 seconds (try pressing "A" or "Start") and the game will eventually load.
Asus Laptop: K53TA
OS: Windows 7 Home Premium, 64-Bit - SP1
CPU: AMD Llano A6-3400M, Quad-Core, 2.4GHz (Overclocked)
GPU: AMD Radeon HD6650M, 1GB GDDR3 (Catalyst 12.4)
RAM: Samsung 4GB DDR3-1333

Is that the fix for 'Call of Duty: Big Red One' and 'Top Gun Combat Zones' too?

Thanks- it works for booting, but I still cannot guarantee that it will work throughout the game. I'll report soon as a comment on this.

Okay, this is not an issue if you use use the MMU speed hack.
