Description
- Game Name and ID (as it appears in right click > properties:
GFEP01
2) What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Fog that is transparent. Instead there is white fog overlaying graphics without transparency.
3) Did the game ever work correctly (i.e. not have this problem) on an
earlier version of dolphin? Please specify the exact revision when the
problem began.
Tracked it down to changes between 3.0-645 and 3.0-651
64bit 3.0-645-dirty no fog problem

4) What steps will reproduce the problem?

Windows 7 64bit
8GB ram
i5-2500k processor
OpenGL as renderer but same problemn appears when using DirectX.
Nvidia GTX 680

A typo display card is Nvidia GTX 260 not 680

You can you use "Disable Fog" in the hacks section to get around this but the game looks flat without it.

Disabling fog in my experience makes the entire background solid black.

Same here, Win7 x64, GTX 580, drivers 314.07, any recent Dolphin version and any settings.
Black screen happens if you disable fog while in-game. Disable fog and restart the game and it looks fine. But still not fixed? Please, build a fix, especially when NeoBrainX pointed out the cause.
