Please try on the latest version of Dolphin.

guikubivan, does the disconnection occur in the real-wiimote-scanning branch when disabling "Enable Speaker Data" in the wiimote config dialog?

real-wiimote-scanning was merged. Try r46adbfa9ede116aaed876ecf1d3a21002e399910 (latest master) with "Enable Speaker Data" turned off.

Heh, it seems we have more problems now, see http://code.google.com/p/dolphin-emu/issues/detail?id=6049.
Note the problem above and below are both in master and also in the real-wiimote-scanning branch.
So I can kind of get around the first problem if I first remove the bluetooth devices and then, while I have the Wiimote dialog open in Dolphin, I re-add the device and connect through Windows explorer.
However, once in the game I get the BSOD. Note I connected two remotes, so that may have something to do with it.

A BSOD is not Dolphin's fault.
This should be fixed.
Yeah there are other wiimote issues but you can turn off speaker data now. (and that was issue 4185 which you say is a copy of this)
