Gamecube, Hitman 2: Silent Assassin (all versions : GHMP4F, GHMF4F, GHME4F)
In the second level, when climbing the elevator, warnings pop up endlessly. The warning windows indicate CR1.
If we disable the panic handlers, the FPS drop to 2-3.
Tried on 3.5-1249 64 bits with OpenGL and all options set for maximum accuracy
No older version seems to work. Checked with 3.5-138: same problem
Tested on:
Ubuntu 12.10 64 bits
AMD Phenom II 850 4x 3.3 GHz
Radeon HD 6450 with Catalyst driver

If I remember right the slow down + Panic message is everywhere the snow effect is used. Pretty sure it has always been this way.
