Brawl freezes to choose Mr. Game & Watch in the PAL version

What went wrong?
I choose Mr. Game & Watch and the time to move to choose a stage stops working Dolphin
What did you expect to happen?
Dolphin will not freeze when I choose Mr. Game & Watch and step choose a Stage

When I choose a Stage

The game will not freeze if you uncheck the "Insert SD Card" option.
