i guess this pc winxp 64 pro problem. junks of chinese appz. just delete this issue

I have seen this happen when (hDisc == INVALID_HANDLE_VALUE)
it returns an invalid Drive Reader, I'll fix this particular bug tonight

games boot now, lpfaint99... seems to work at my winxp 64 pro. it is funny i only
had this problem at my winxp 64 pro, while winxp pro didn't @@'
