Description

Have you searched the issue tracker for a similar issue?

Yes

Game Name?

The Legend of Zelda The Wind Waker

Game ID?

GZLE01

What went wrong?

The sound is dsync and sound bad overall unless I do something to amount the load on pulseaudio, for example open multiple files or open pavucontrol. LLE or HLE gave me the same result.

What did you expect to happen?

The sound work "properly" without me doing something.

What steps will reproduce the problem?

Open a game (The Wind Waker is the one I have), the sound will be out of sync and/or sound horrible... then open pavucontrol for example and the sound will start working correctly.

What version of Dolphin were you using (please test the latest version
from http://dolphin-emu.org/download first, 3.5 or 3.5-367 are not valid
tests!)?

3.5-1565

64 or 32 bit Dolphin?

64bits

What Operating System were you using and what are your hardware

specifications?
Archlinux x86_64
Phenom II 720 @ x4 3.4
4gb DDR3 1333
9600GT
Gigabyte MA770T-UD3P

64 or 32 bit Operating system?

64 bits

Any other relevant information or links to logs:

I did tested with only Alsa but I had the same problem, nothing seems to work to get it work properly with Alsa... I tested 3 sound cards, Samson Go Mic USB, Audigy ZS 2 and Realtek ALC888, same problem with all of them. This seem to only happen with Dolphin. I only have TLZWW to test.

Sounds like a PulseAudio bug. Not much we can do about it.

The sound seems to go faster than the game and 2 seconds later try to slowdown, I found it kinda strange if the problem is pulseaudio or alsa... but fair enough is kinda hard to tell if is a problem with dolphin... is there a way I can try to debug it or something?.

By the way I recorded this http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Jb0ZUK73cbQ the first half is with paveucontrol on and the second half without it, this time was kinda worse than ever for some reason xD... maybe someone had the same problem and thought it was normal for dolphin or something.

The bad sound starts at 3:30 when I close pavucontrol... Incredibly didn't dsync in the cutscene.
