There is pspplayer or Noxa.Emulation.Psp.Player
there is only 2 guy work on it plz

Wait, what kind of way is that to ask for help? You could have just privately
messaged the coder(s) by e-mail or another way and nicely asked for someone to work
on a PSP emulator.

I don't even think he speaks English, either. :/

they working on psp emu already-people from this project and project pcsx2, i told
that it better to work on psp emu than on ps2 project! xD still cant open jpcsp
emulator xD
