CPUCompare.h is missing, breaking the rerecording compile.

Description
What steps will reproduce the problem?
- Open setup.h and uncomment "define RERECORDING".
- Rebuild All.
- fatal error C1083: Cannot open include file: 'HW/CPUCompare.h': No such
file or directory (copied from core build log).
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
r2536 on WinXP.
Please provide any additional information below.
Adding the file from an older rev in the correct location fixes the
problem. I have pasted the contents here: http://paste2.org/p/157742.
This problem can be fixed by addding the file back again.

TortiseSVN won't accept my password. I used my twelve-digit randomly generated code
which workes on my other project, but not on this one. Is there anything special I'm
supposed to do because I'm a member, not an owner?
