0%
Description
Game Name?
F-Zero GX, Super Monkey Ball, and Super Monkey Ball 2
Game ID?
GFZE01, GMBE8P, and GM2E8P
What's the problem? Describe what went wrong in few words.
The game crashes (Dolphin stops responding) before the title screen.
What did you expect to happen instead?
The title screen to load.
What steps will reproduce the problem?
[Don't assume we have ever played the game and know any level names. Be as
specific as possible.]
- Boot up F-Zero GX, Super Monkey Ball, or Super Monkey Ball 2
- Wait until Title Screen is about to show up
- Dolphin stops responding
Dolphin 3.5 and 3.5-367 are old versions of Dolphin that have
known issues and bugs, so don't report issues about them and test the
latest Dolphin version first.
Which versions of Dolphin did you test on?
4.0-1035, 4.0-1040, 4.0-1042, and 4.0-1062
Does using an older version of Dolphin solve your issue? If yes, which
versions of Dolphin used to work?
4.0-1024 and before. I can't test 4.0-1033 because the windows build was broken but I assume it was this commit: https://github.com/dolphin-emu/dolphin/commit/bc844a168fe54174cd4de04e17ef23849e1fcccb
What are your PC specifications? (including, but not limited to: Operating
System, CPU and GPU)
CPU: Intel i7-2700K @ 3.50 GHz (3.9 GHz with turbo boost)
GPU: nVidia GeForce GTX 560 Ti
RAM: 16 GB
OS: Windows 7 64 bit
Are you using the 32 or the 64 bit version of Dolphin?
64-bit (however the 32 bit version appears to be broken as well)
Is there any other relevant information? (e.g. logs, screenshots,
configuration files)
This happens in all audio and video backends (including software renderer and no audio output)

I have reproduced this one locally. Seems like a regression.

OP please try dolphin 4.0-1071, it should be fixed.
