Description

What's the problem? Describe what went wrong in few words.
Dolphin doesn't compile(I'm assuming) properly on Linux x86 with sse2, etc support. Started with build 4.0-1067 and still exists on latest (4.0-1210).

What did you expect to happen instead?
Not get a sayonara message when trying out new dev builds.

What steps will reproduce the problem?

  1. compile dolphin r1067+ - warnings everywhere about no context definition for OS in JitBackpatch.h:135:4 which started at r1067
  2. run dolphin
  3. YOU DON'T HAVE SSE2! GOODBYE! message.

Does using an older version of Dolphin solve your issue? If yes, which
versions of Dolphin used to work?
4.0-1065 and below don't have the issue (if it compiles to start). But bug 7036 makes nearly all games unplayable.

What are your PC specifications? (including, but not limited to: Operating
System, CPU and GPU)
Ubuntu 12.04 32 bit, some 8 core AMD, GTS 450

Are you using the 32 or the 64 bit version of Dolphin?
32

Can I get the output when you run the cmake step in the build?
