1.OpenGL Backend
2.In the Gamecube bios
3.top half of the screen is black
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

No issue with directx

Tested 4.0-1340 with OpenGL. Working fine here. EFB to Texture, EFB to Ram, XFB Virtual, XFB Real, all work fine.
And remember that template you deleted? Yea, you really should have filled it out. Ask on the forums for help. If you don't know what you are doing, don't post here in the issue tracker.
