Wii to Wii U channel doesn't work from System Menu, but opening WAD Works

What's the problem? Describe what went wrong in few words.
System Menu opens channel, stays at a black screen and 0 FPS. If you just open the WAD in dolphin, it works.
What did you expect to happen instead?
Utility opens up.
What steps will reproduce the problem?
[Don't assume we have ever played the game and know any level names. Be as
specific as possible.]
- Install WAD
- Launch System Menu
- Click on channel and open
- Watch as it stays at 0 FPS, and then your system menu is corrupted.
Which versions of Dolphin did you test on?
4.0 x64 and 4.0-1767 x64, JIT 64 DC, OpenGL, HLE
Does using an older version of Dolphin solve your issue? If yes, which
versions of Dolphin used to work?
What are your PC specifications? (including, but not limited to: Operating
System, CPU and GPU)
Windows 7 x64, 8GB RAM. This probably isn't necessary when it's an emulation/NAND problem

This is a known issue, it's being worked on. I'm fairly certain this is a duplicate, but I don't feel like finding it.
